Last Day of High Street Fashion Week

It's the last day of London's High Street Fashion Week 2011!

So for today, I decided to use a gorgeous look with a blazer as my previous looks have been perhaps a bit too casual...

Look No 5:
Blouse and Blazer

This works well if you have a favourite clutch that you like to use and it also goes great with bold necklaces and bracelets.

Fashion Week Look Number 2

So it's the second day of London's High Street Fashion Week and I have look number 2 for you all :)

Look No2:

This look is so easy to pull of and it works especially well if you like your accessories. You can put on some of your bold rings and bracelets and it'll work!

London High Street Fashion Week

No matter where you are in the world, you've got something to smile about today! My American readers can look forward to Labor Day shopping today, while here in London it's the start of High Street Fashion Week!

To celebrate, each day this week I will be going through a gorgeous high street look and telling you how you can get it yourself.

Look No1:
Casual High Street Dress

This look is so simple and yet so great! All you need is a maxi dress with a beautiful pattern and some sandals!

Red Sole or Red Soul?

Ask a fashionista what red soles on shoes mean and they’ve got two words for you: Christian Louboutin.
On the other hand, ask your guy what red soles mean and they’ll probably answer: dirty shoes...

It's Christian Louboutin's brand identity and it's no surprise to many that they've attempting to sue other shoe brands for imitating their red soles. But it does seem slightly outrageous that they believe they can copyright the colour red on shoes!
Recently Christian Louboutin took YSL to court over the fact that YSL have a red shoe in their 2010 range which conflicts with Christian Louboutin's red shoe soles identity.

Well their lawyers are back from court and it doesn't look good as the judge said at the last court date - "I doubt you can trademark a color"...

To me the shoes look nothing alike, so I have no idea why Christian Louboutin is making a fuss here, it's not like they need the publicity. But what do you think? Should they be allowed to sue someone over a colour?
